2009-2010 Evergreen Foodshelf Items
Remember that any item, including nonperishable items not listed here, can be donated any month. These are just suggestions for what can be brought each month. Bring donations to the barrels at the Holly and Portland entrances. All food is taken to Sharing Korner Foodshelf in St. Paul.
September 21:canned fruit
October 19: hygiene products (shampoo, hand soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant)
November 16: canned tuna or meat, Hamburger Helper, rice, dried beans
December 21: small bottles of detergent (dish or clothing), toilet paper
January 18: canned or dry spaghetti, canned stews, pancake mix, syrup
February 15: canned vegetables, tomato sauce
March 15: peanut butter, jam and jelly
April 19: canned soup of basic kinds
May 17: diapers and baby food
June 21: cooking oil, small bottles of detergent (dish or clothing) |
